Subhash Goel is a one of the founding member of the CHEC and is passionate and dedicated to helping others through volunteerism and philanthropy. He is an active Vice President of Marathon Charity Cooperation whose mission it is to support the needs and development of children around the world. He has served on the board of AIMS India Foundation which is dedicated to bring about a social transformation in India. In addition, Subhash is RRCA certified race director and running coach.

Dr. Rajni Goel is a life long educator who finds her passion in serving and creating vehicles for equal access and opportunities in education. She began her career as a High School mathematics teacher and is currently a professor at Howard University. Rajni enjoys participating in community organizations with a goal of assisting wherever she may in order to create a positive impact in lives of others.

Vandana Narang is passionate and dedicated to helping others through volunteerism and philanthropy. She has served on the board of Holy Cross Hospital Foundation which dedicated to providing healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured population in Montgomery County, Maryland. She is an active member of the board, an RRCA certified running coach and volunteer for Marathon Charity Cooperation whose mission it is to support the needs and development of children around the world. Vandana enjoys keeping healthy and encouraging others to so as well. She owns her own Interior Design firm which specializes in residential and office design. She has an MBA from George Washington University.
